Lewis Fogel has spent a lifetime acquiring experience around passionate and purposeful people strategy culminating in the launch of Lewis Fogel & Associates Consulting. Exposure to various business cultures and widely divergent professionals ensures his comfort level in working for a wide variety of organizations.  After over a dozen years in executive management, Lewis followed his passion for coaching and consulting. After spending the last 30 years in the Financial Services industry Lewis decided to leave his EVP position with LPL Financial and be more involved in helping senior leaders reach their maximum professional potential.

Prior to leaving LPL, Lewis was the Executive Vice President of Business Consulting – Institution Services. Lewis oversaw the relationship management of over 700 financial institutional clients/programs, as well as the learning and development teams. Lewis has substantive executive experience – managing service and operations for several prestigious national firms. He was a regional director for TIAA-CREF and Banc of America Investment Services. Where he covered the Northeast as well as the Southeast United States. Lewis was also a co-founder and president of a broker-dealer. Early on in his career he worked in international banking in Israel as well as a Registered Representative and Complex Manager for Morgan Stanley.

Lewis has served on the boards of: The American College, Florida Security Dealers Association and the New York Stock Exchange Enforcement Board as well as others.

Lewis earned a Master of Management Science with a core in Leadership from The American College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami.

Lewis has coached and recruited scores of sales professionals and managers in his career and is uniquely positioned to impact organizations’ productivity and long term success, with his powerful vision of bringing purpose into the people equation to promote healthy, productive and meaningful work cultures.
